طلبات الحجز المُرسَلة عبر واتساب أو الموقع تخضع لتأكيد العيادة وفق توافر المواعيد. لا يُعدّ الطلب موعدًا مؤكدًا إلا بعد تأكيده من قِبل فريق المجمع.
